JOB SUMMARY
LB Trucking has immediate job openings for dependable contract CDL A OTR Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to customer locations over the road. Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
Recent driving school graduates welcome, required to pass 2 weeks training
21+ years of age.
Driver with 1 year and more driving experience, no training needed
Team drivers are welcome
Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
License to drive – valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
We speak English, French, Lingala, Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili and Tshiluba.

Salary on 1099 will be paid by direct deposit every Friday. The company will help with set up.
We offer financial assistance to those desiring to become an owner-operator, with a walkaway leasing with no escrow need.
Duties
– Operate and drive various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers.- Transport and deliver freight to designated locations- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the truck- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
Experience
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a truck driver- Proficient in operating heavy equipment and various types of trucks- Familiarity with route driving and delivery procedures- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
Skills:- Heavy equipment operation- Tractor-trailer experience- Freight transportation knowledge- Automotive repair skills (preferred)- Route driving familiarity- Delivery driver experience
