When you pair up with another driver, you’ll also be eligible for our Team Performance Bonus of $2,000/month ($1,000/driver) each month you achieve 18,000 miles with no preventable accidents or CSA violations. That’s $24,000/year ($12,000/driver) in extra earning power just for rolling team. On top of that, teams get first chance at expedited freight – which means more load opportunities and miles.
