As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Team Driver Requirements
- Must be part of existing Team
- 21 years of age or older with valid Class A CDL
- At least 6 months CDL-A driving experience
- Hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements
- Safe driving record and history
- Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
Pay & Job Details
- Team drivers earn $90,000 per year average
- Mileage pay: $0.87 per mile, split between each driver and $31.80/hr for delays
- Paid training
- Weekly pay
- Home weekly: 5 days out, 2 days home
- Dedicated XPO routes with loads running between XPO facilities
- 100% no-touch and in-house freight
