Hot Shot Owner Operator

Sutton & Pouncey Transportation are 24/7 logistics experts and carrier managers looking for quality, independent hot shot owner operators and small fleets. We are your all-in-one carrier management company that handles everything from carrier setup, to dispatching loads, to permit requirements (if needed), to final invoicing/factoring to ensure payment to our carriers as quickly as possible. S&P dispatches our carriers with a lane specific mindset that keeps our carriers in lanes with maximum profitability and the ability to constantly stay moving. We are looking for independent owner operators, with at least 3 months authority time, to take on the many, daily loads we secure & have access too . We partner with you to help relieve the stress the hot shot business can bring. While you’re on the road, we’re finding the next load and handling ALL your back office needs, ensuring your business operates efficiently! Our goal is to have our drivers running all 55 hours of their service time per week!
From the start, we provide a break-even calculator analysis to determine what you need to make per load, to make a good profit. We do weekly research and trip planning for our carriers, so that we make sure they are constantly moving and making profit in this current, fluid, turbulent market.
Once you turn in your completed carrier packet with all the necessary documentation, we take it from there! All you have to focus on is driving!

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have active authority of AT LEAST 3 MONTHS
Copy of CDL/Driver’s License
Certificate of insurance
Signed W-9
Signed Dispatch/Carrier Agreement
