About Us
JRayl is a large, asset-based logistics company that has been family owned and operated since 1987. Founders Tim Rayl and Jim St.John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron Ohio. Currently, with more than 400 employees and multiple strategically placed locations, JRayl is able to meet the needs of a growing number of shippers, carriers, and drivers in the U.S. and around the world.
In 2017, JRayl has received a number of awards recognizing true dedication to their employees and their customers. The Lone Star NGV Award was given for JRayls outstanding leadership, vision, and innovation. The Cascade Capital Corporation Business Growth Award was received for outstanding levels of sales and employee growth. The Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, JRayl was recognized for our honest and genuine focus on employees and market approach.
