CDL-A Company Driver Dedicated trucking jobs

Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a variety of trucks including delivery trucks, roll-off trucks, tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, etc.- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or other designated machinery.- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, etc.- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
Qualifications:
– Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.- Ability to operate different types of trucks and navigate various road conditions.- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.- Physical stamina and strength to load and unload heavy cargo.- Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
