Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid in Montgomery’s FREEDOM TO CHOOSE fleet!
With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options.

Pay:

Up to .55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase

OR

Choose 27% of line haul
Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days – 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

6-month flatbed experience, 1-year CDL-A OTR (Drivers with less experience may be eligible for our CDL-A Flatbed Development Program)
No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
No DUI in the past 10 years
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requiremen
