Job Title: CSR/Delivery Driver
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative/Deliver Driver in the servicing and delivery of products to retail customers. Completes the rotation and merchandising of all products in accordance with Company standards. Performs duties as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
o Delivers products to assigned accounts in a prompt and professional manner according to Company standards.
o Merchandise and rotate products to ensure product freshness is in compliance with supplier standards, and code dates meet TABC guidelines. Completes the building of displays to promote current retail sales initiatives.
o Completes pre-trip safety inspection, on the assigned truck, in accordance with DOT regulations, Federal and State laws, and the Company’s Fleet Safety Policy & Program. Adhere to all safety policies and observe strict safe working methods.
o Support the Company’s Mission & Vision Statements by maintaining a High Standard of Excellence and by providing Superior Service.
Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
One year beverage delivery experience (preferred)
Able to obtain necessary TABC permits
Active Texas Class A Commercial Drivers License with Acceptable Driving Record (preferred)
Ability to maintain a valid medical certificate in accordance with MCSR 49 CFR 391.41 – 391.49
Physical Demands:
Frequently maneuvers a two-wheel dolly with product weighing up to 350 pounds
Consistently lifts product weighing up to 50 pounds
Regularly bends, stoops and kneels in the delivery of products
Commonly steps up and down while removing product from truck ”Work Remotely
