We are a small trucking business looking at expanding our fleet in the Houston, TX area!
We are looking for an experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. Must have a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 1 year recent verifiable Intermodal experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods on regional and local routes, while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to be home daily!
Responsibilities:
Drive a tractor-trailer combination in regional and local routes.
Communicate with dispatcher, customer, and other drivers.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Maintain HOS via ELD app MOTIVE
Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding the operation of a commercial vehicle.
