Requirements:
Experienced driver (2 years minimum), class A CDL license, CLEAN MVR, reliable, punctual, professional, and motivated.
MUST HAVE PORT/RAILWAY EXPERIENCE
TWIC Card
Drivers are W2 employees

Local deliveries / containers will be picked up from the Ports of Houston (Bayport, Barbours Cut, Jacinto Port, Freeport)/Houston Railways (BNSF & Union Pacific). Containers to be delivered locally and/or regionally. Some overstay deliveries will be expected.
Rate of Pay:
Weekly compensation will be 25% off all line hauls, 25% off yard pulls, and 25% off detention. Costs of diesel, chassis, tolls, overstay, and storage fees are excluded from the drivers overall compensation.
Salary:
70K-85K a year
Guaranteed Daily Pay:
If any confirmed loads are cancelled from entities / circumstances outside of JM Thunder Logistics control, scheduled driver shall be compensated at a rate of 4/8 hours for the scheduled shift.
a) If the driver is cancelled within four hours of his / her start time. Driver will be compensated for four hours at the rate of $20.00 per hour.
b) If the driver is cancelled past his / her four-hour start time. Driver will be compensated for eight hours at the rate of $20.00 per hour.
Bonus Pay:
After being with the company for 6 months, driver will receive a bonus on owner’s discretion throughout the year based on punctuality, attendance, and overall job performance.
