Regional Truck Driver Job with Dedicated lanes for CDL A Drivers
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A with more than 3 months of verifiable experience as an OTR Driver
Clean MVR and Criminal background
Must be registered for the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Must live within 50 miles of Walcott, IA
Double Endorsement REQUIRED
The physical requirement is handling, positioning and securing delivery roller cages and lifting loose boxed parts on the floor and overhead in trailer attic on/off trailer in/out of dealership. Weight lift/handling range 40 -75 lbs
Description:
Flex drivers must be willing to run both solo and team routes.
Drivers must be comfortable maneuvering a tractor-trailer in tight corridors in car lots
1500 Solo / 3000 Team Miles – Averages 8 stops per week
Touch freight: Automotive Part (cages, totes, loose pieces)
Delivery Locations:
In this position the drivers will make delivery in IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, WI
Shift:
Monday Friday
Start time: between 5pm-1 am, depending if running Solo, or Teams, runs 8-12 hours
Flex drivers will be home Saturday night – Sunday night Guaranteed weekend home time.
Equipment:
Drivers wil be provided with 2014-2021 Peterbilt Automatic Transmission With Pre-Pass and EZ Pass (28/48 Dry Van with lift gates) routes require 28 van Doubles endorsement.
Payment:
Solo – $0.52cpm, Weekly – $1,350, Average annual – $70.870
Team – $0.31cpm, Weekly – $1,550
Pay Increases $.005 mileage increase every 6 months until top pay
Accessorial Pay:
Stop pay $12.00 Solo $14.00 (split) Team
Delay pay $18.54 per hour solo and $9.27 per hour team
