TEAM Op needed for 48 States no micromanagement

We are a fleet owner leased on to the LTL side of Forward Air, Inc. looking for a qualified Class A TEAM operation (2 preexisting drivers) to run all 48 states on the extra board.
The pay is 0.82 cents per mile to the team operation for all dispatched miles. Total miles for the week with the carrier average around 5000 to 6000 miles per week. However, since you decide your load assignments, the potential is there to see more miles.
The loads are all no touch, drop and hook, terminal-to-terminal hauling, so no customer waiting!
Typically, we allow our teams the freedom to “RUN THE TRUCK AS YOUR OWN” regarding your loads and daily activities. Most teams stay OTR for about 3 weeks at a time, but ultimately it is your choice if you wish to stay out longer. We do not believe in micro-management!!
Pay is settled up on a weekly basis via a W-2. We will conveniently direct deposit your earnings into your bank account. In addition, we offer other pay incentives such as vacation pay after 1 year of service, Christmas bonus and other insurance options.
You must have: 1 year of class A OTR experience, hazmat, clean driving record, good work history and no felonies or drug test failures/refusals.
All of our equipment consists of Freightliner Cascadias that are newer and well maintained. Come join us if you’d like to run the truck like it’s yours!
