Office employees and driver employees are treated the same, we dont differentiate our team members. Your base salary starts at $70,000 with an annual earnings potential of $105,500 based on experience. Which means, no matter if your truck is not moving due to inclement weather, breakdowns, sitting at dock to be loaded or unloaded no problem, you get your regular check every week of $1,346.15
